CompSys is currently looking for candidates with a strong understanding of programming languages and who can work independently with minimum assistance. He/She should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with the customers and must be a good Team player.

    We currently have openings in the following positions:  
   
1) Visual Studio.Net Programmer:

Preferred Skills: VB, ASP, Visual Studio.Net, ASP.Net, VB.Net, SQL Server, Oracle and MS-Access

Years of Experience: Minimum of 1 year of programming knowledge on the above mentioned skills. We will also be considering candidates who have worked on Academic projects.

2) Java/J2EE Programmer:

Preferred Skills: Java, JDK, J2EE, EJB, Tomcat, Apache, SQL Server, Oracle and MS-Access

Years of Experience: Minimum of 1 year of programming knowledge on the above mentioned skills. We will also consider candidates with Academic project experience.

3) Database Administrator:

Preferred Skills: Oracle 10g/9i, MS-SQL Server, Sybase

Years of Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of Database administration experience. We will also consider candidates with Academic project experience. Preference will be given to candidates with certification.

4) Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities:
  • Understanding the requirements received from Account Managers
  • Proactively and reactively identify candidates/ consultants via various lead generation methods and techniques and ensure steady supply of technical resources
  • Conduct screening interviews, determine qualifications, Check references, and present candidates to the account managers
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of employment and drive the candidate hiring process, liaising with HR
  • Follow through the submissions with Account Managers, prepare the candidates for the interviews and facilitate closings
  • Document recruiting activity and generate periodical reports
  • Meeting/ exceeding the periodical targets set forth by the Management
Experience:
  • Minimum of Bachelors Degree in computer/ Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years as a successful Technical Recruiter in US with experience in the entire Life Cycle of Recruiting.
  • Basic understanding of Technology terms and acronyms.
  • Strong inter personal skills including good communication (written and oral), initiative, organized and adaptive.
